Kentaro Ishii

Introduction

• I am a professor at School of Network and Information, Senshu University. I received my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Engineering from Keio University in 2003, 2005, and 2010, respectively, under the supervision of Prof. Michita Imai and Prof. Yuichiro Anzai. From 2008 to 2010, I worked with Prof. Takeo Igarashi and Prof. Masahiko Inami for Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), ERATO, IGARASHI Design Interface Project. From 2010 to 2013, I worked with Prof. Ken Sakamura and Prof. Noboru Koshizuka for Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, The University of Tokyo. From 2013 to 2015, I worked with Prof. Kazuo Hiraki for Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The University of Tokyo. From 2015 to 2017, I directed Interactive Systems Laboratory at Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Osaka Institute of Technology. My research interest includes human-robot interaction, user interfaces, and computer vision.
